RESOLVED SUMMARY: You can start a ordered list in the Ticket Comment editor by typing “1.” in to the text field.

Description of Issue: When you want to create an ordered list, typing “1.” does not start the list as one might expect.

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Enter some text into the Ticket Comment field.
  2. On a new line, enter “1.” to start the line and a Ordered List will not start.

Next Steps: The issue is being worked on by the dev team.
