Subject : PSA: RICH TEXT : Request to remove 2500 character limit after rich text was enabled
Description of Issue : Error received that you have reached more than 2500 characters on the ticket comment.

Steps to Reproduce :
- Create new ticket or navigate to a ticket
- Go to the communications tab
- Paste in over 2500 characters
- Attempt to submit an email, public note, or private note
- Notice the message says you cannot exceed the limit
