Update this issue has now been resolved as of 1/20/2023.
Subject: Ticket Comments do not show in UI in Split Ticket Modal
Description of Issue: Selecting to Split a ticket ordinarily has a modal present that allows you to optionally select more than one Ticket Comment before creating the new ticket. The Comments do not appear in the modal as expected.

Steps to Reproduce:
- Nav to Ticket Detail
- Scroll to Ticket Comments
- Click Triple Dot selection in the upper right corner
- Select Split
- A Modal will appear that usually shows all of the Ticket’s Comments, but the rows will be blank currently.
Next Steps: The issue is being worked on by the dev team.
