REPORTS - Daily Report of Resolved Tickets with a Specific Date Range

I need to do a Daily Report of Resolved Tickets with a Specific Date Range. How would I do this and save it as a favorite. We want to follow-up on Resolved Tickets.

Have you checked out the Internal Report Builder? You should be able to do that there. You won’t be able to select granular date ranges, but you’ll have things like Last 30 Days, or This Month and things like that. Check out the List block type and select tickets to get that going. Let me know if that meets your needs.

I don’t see Internal Report builder? Where can I find it?

Thank you all! The only thing is Syncro does not allow for exporting to CSV on many of their reports which is crazy!
