Would love to see the ability to report ticket time, and other relevant information, based on the “Site” name.
Scenario: We are working with a local government (municipality) and they would like to report based on how much ticket time each Department utilized over a given time period. As I cannot find a way to report based on the “Site” field, I’m having to create 22 different customers for this one organization so we can get the reporting they need. This of course complicates exports from AD when you have nearly 250 staff and they must be broken out into each customer record as contacts.
