Report on Customer Tickets with Hours for Last Month

Hi all,

I’m looking for a way to report on a specific customer, for “last month”, with ticket numbers and their associated total count for that ticket.

Does Syncro have a way to do this? I’m seeing a way to do it with “charges per ticket”, but not hours.

The ‘Customer Detail’ report will likely be the closest to what you’re looking for but the duration is in minutes. There isn’t any way to track by hours at the moment.
