When someone replies to an invoice we have sent via email we don’t seem to get a notification and the replies sticks to the invoice.
We want it to generate a ticket for this is there a way to do this?

No setting to convert invoice emails to tickets, but there’s an option in notification center “Invoice - An Invoice email was replied to”
