Remove Custom Fields from large ticket pdf

Have decided to send large ticket pdf to customers when a ticket is updated. How can I remove the Custom Fielsd shown for the asset. They are appearing before the Custom Fields “divider” tagged on to the end of the “Assets” section

Hi @andyraybould,

You would want to follow these steps.

Go to admin>pdf/email templates>ticket templates> edit> and click Source.

From there you should be able to edit what is pulled in the PDF. Please let me know if that did it, still learning! :slight_smile:

I’m using the drefault template and when I click on Source I cannot see the Custom Asset Fields that are being pulled in to the pdf.

Maybe I will have to try from scratch to produce a report but I’m puzzled as to where the fields are in the template!
