Recurring ticket - leave assigned technician blank

When setting up a recurring ticket, is it possible to leave the assigned technician blank? I’d like it to show up in the ticket board but be available for whoever can get to it first. I created a few weekly tickets and noticed they were automatically assigned to me, even though I thought I left the field blank. When I went to edit the recurring ticket, I noticed it had my name in there and I was unable to change it to none. Any workarounds for this kind of scenario? Thanks
