Recurring Appointments?

We use the Syncro calendar to keep track of everyone’s comings/goings as well as time set aside for projects and regular commitments. We have some standing appointments on certain days of the week, usually Tuesdays or Wednesdays. Some are just for our own company meetings, some for regular clients that we support weekly or biweekly.

It would be very convenient if there were some sort of recurring appointment feature for recurring tickets, so we don’t have to schedule each appointment one-by-one.

Yes please to this too. We already have recurring tickets… why can’t we attach an appointment to that ticket, so that it’s all ready for the ticket to be completed and booked in to the technicians calendar?

This should be part of the recurring tickets. We need this functionality.
