In Search all the things, the Quick Asset Icons make it fast and easy to get to 4 primary components of a customer. Outside of this, it’s multiple clicks to get anywhere. I would love to see these 4 icons next to the Customer name in various screens, in particular, Tickets. If I’m in a ticket and need to go look something up for the customer, whether it be an invoice, another asset, or another ticket, I either have to drill through the customer to get there or search the customer name to click on one of the icons. If the icons existed anywhere the customer’s name appeared, then it would tie everything together and make navigation easier.
