QoL / UX improvement: Make links to Customer consistent

Everywhere in Syncro, if you click the Customer name it goes to the Customer.

Except the Ticket list, where the only links are the ticket number and the Customer name – clicking the Customer takes you to the ticket, where you can then click the Customer and it goes to the Customer.

Completely agree. This is something that has bugged me forever and doesn’t make sense why it’s like that.

Ugh, I agree :). This needs to get updated at some point.
