QBO Integration Option Not Available Only QB Desktop

I am trying to integrate QuickBook Online. When I click the QBO/QBSDK link in the App Center I am only given the QuickBook Desktop integration option I do not have the option to use QBO. Does anyone know why this is happening?

If you were using QB Desktop before, that becomes the only option. You have to engage with support to change it to online. Part of why I haven’t made that switch.
