We use pushover for easier notifications.

Question, pushover only gives you so many characters.

Is there a way to embed the ticket number at the TOP of the pushover notification so it’s a link to the actual ticket in syncro? Just would like to open pushover and click the ticket number and open the syncro ticket. But I see then have to go to slack and then open up the slack channel and then click the syncro link blah blah blah.

Is there a way to add the syncro ticket number link at the top of pushover? (Just like the email tickets)
