Subject: Pressing Shift + TAB not reversing TAB behavior as expected

Description of Issue: Pressing the hotkey “Shift + TAB” dies not reverse the cursor backwards as expected.

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Enter some text into the Ticket Editor and press TAB.
  2. Then press “Shift + TAB” and you will find the cursor does not reverse as the hotkey intends.
