Subject: Identified cases where Scheduled Reports do not send as intended

Description of Issue: In some cases Scheduled Reports scoped to large periods of time are encountering issues and resulting in the Report not sending

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. You need a Report with quite a large data-set generating to reproduce. A smaller subset of Users are impacted by this
