Subject : PSA: Alerts: Leads Alert badge doesn’t show up when a new lead comes in
Description of Issue : The red Leads Alert Badge isn’t showing up. Many partners rely on this for notification of new leads, so the lack of alert badge is adding additional steps to their workflow.

Steps to Reproduce :
- Make sure the Leads module is enabled
- Make sure the Create Tickets from Leads (if valid) setting is unchecked (Admin > Ticket Preferences)
- Make sure you have a mailbox created for Syncro
- Send in an email lead to your Syncro mailbox, making sure that the originating email is not a tech on the account
