Prepaid Hours Warning - Labor pending ticket charges = or > current prepaid bucket

Example 1 Fixed Billable Hours:

If Customer X has 5 prepaid hours,
If the status of the customers X’s ticket = resolve or other selected status,
and If the labor pending ticket charges are not yet invoiced,
then,
Adjust the visible available prepaid hours on customer window,
and BLOCK creating ticket if available prepaid hours = or > the prepaid hours purchased

Warning: Pop-up at creation of tickets
Visual: Prepaid hours showing negative value or in RED in the customer window

Example 2 Minimum Billable Hours:

If Customer Y has 5 prepaid hours,
If the status of the customers Y’s ticket = resolve or other selected status,
and If the labor pending ticket charges are not yet invoiced,
then,
Adjust the visible available prepaid hours on customer window,
and GIVE WARNING when creating ticket if available prepaid hours = or > the prepaid hours purchased

Definitions:

BLOCK: stop creation of ticket unless admin or approval
Visual: Prepaid hours showing negative value or in RED in the customer window
