Ping other staff from within tickets

There are often times when work notes are left that may require someone else to look into an issue for several reasons.

It would be great if you could add @Person to a work note, and it sends them a ping from within Syncro.

Ideally, more of a noticeable notification to make it stand out from the rest, like maybe a different colour.

It would save time instead of going on teams getting the ticket link and sending it over.

1+ would be nice feature to let other techs know what is going on. It would even go as far as to flush out the idea of a “To Do” menu that could pop up for them so one can assign a task + ping them to update/look at a ticket.
