I am running a report for Pending Ticket Charges which come back with results for tickets but doesn’t show a value in amount. I have cross-referenced the labor log which I have logged against this ticket but it still doesn’t show any values. Is there another location when the price needs to be set or linked?
Though they are 0 dollar, they are still line items so the system will require them to be processed through an invoice. You’ll need to charge the time and then invoice it out. The customer won’t be emailed the invoice until you choose to email it.
This is something that may change with time as I know there are cases where you don’t want to invoice 0 dollar items.
