Payments entered in Syncro are not syncing to Quickbooks Desktop

When I receive a payment in Syncro it doesn’t transfer over to Quickbooks Desktop. I set up the payment methods to match QB but I still get a message indicating that all of my payment methods need to be associated to Quickbooks payment methods.

Hi Mercy, I see that your quickbooks methods are mapped so that’s good. We may need to dig into this a bit further. Can you reach out to us at help@syncromsp.com? We’ll want one of the invoices+payments that didn’t come over and gave you the error.

No I haven’t resolved this issue yet. I still get the message and I ignore it because its not affecting the integration with QB and the posting of payments.
