we are implementing Pax8 biling, with the NCE licences, will the customer be billed again? since this is a new “licence” or will the efective renewal date from Microsoft be ketp? how is this managed knowing that Pax8 uses prorated billing?

Did you ever get a reply on this? We’re getting ready to implement the integration, and are wondering the same.

NCE are separate SKUs, so you’ll need to add and link inside of Syncro. These are new licenses, so the billing date will begin on the first of the new term. Prorates are passed through to Syncro if you decide to sync the prorates. Since Microsoft has delayed the cutoff date indefinitely, you can keep using the legacy SKUs for a while or coincide the NCE term with the end of the old SKU term.
