Password fails for client trying to log in to access Splashtop

We have one user whose password just will not stick. Every day we have to reset her password to get into the portal so that she can use Splashtop. Have deleted and recreated the account, with no luck.

Any ideas?

Are you sure they are using the right link and not mixing logins between the Customer Portal and the login to your Syncro instance? I have a sneaking suspicion it’s related to that.

Thanks for the reply, but I’ve logged into their computer and seen where they are entering from (the customer portal) and what they see when we finally get them in with a password reset. Once in, they see, among the other items, their computer, which they can access via Splashtop.

Ok. In that case I’d raise a ticket with support and have them investigate further.
