Paid Invoice email not going out after taking payment via stripe

When clients pay an invoice via Stripe, before they would get the paid invoice email right away. This time is not happening. I know I can send it manually but I need this to work automatically.

Did you ever get an answer for this? We are experiencing the same issue. Not sure if the invoice receipt is supposed to go out automatically if we process the payment or if it only works when the client uses the payment button. the instructional site is not detailed on this point.

It’s a known issue as of two months ago, Syncro made some changes and now it doesn’t work. I have a ticket open but they are taking their time to get it fix and no update in a while…
