Back in my RepairShopr+NCentral days, I tried out the integration. It created the “NCentral” device type. Later on, I migrated to Syncro. To be honest, I never really used the NCentral integration. I can’t remove that device type as it’s greyed out. Can Support help to remove those? Should I just ignore it and not kick the hornets nest instead…?
Hi Tyler, there wouldn’t be any way to do it in-app. Development may be able to remove it on the back end. My guess is that it’s greyed out for a reason, but it never hurts to ask. If you want to put in a request at firstname.lastname@example.org we can check for you.
