Notification option when customer reads email update

Love the feature that shows when a customer has read our reply to a ticket.

Since the system obviously knows that the user read the email, I would like a notification option that it was read. Instead of having to go back to the ticket and see if they read your reply, we could be notified that they read it. This would save a lot of time and keep us up to date in real time.

This would be a “notify when customer reads ticket update on MY tickets”
