For some reason the option "No Email - Of Any Kind” option keeps swithcing on for our customers. It has happened to random customers at random times and fpor several its happened multiple times. We only ever notice it when we dont receive replies for a while. Has anyone else had this problem and how did they fix it?
This does not sound like normal behavior. Can you submit a ticket with support and I’ll have them look at your account.
@anon54716677. Support tells me this is normal behavior if an email is bounced from the main contact email. That seems absurd to me. Is this what you found out? We have a 135 user organization receive no emails for almost 24 hours because of this.
