I’m getting rather frustrated with the “Managed Antivirus” offering, which evidently is limited to an almost reliable attempt to install agent based on policy, and the occasional alert for detections.
Surely a core function of Syncro Managed Antivirus should to provide active alerts for product out of date, or other issues such as failed install or other products.
Agreed. Unfortunately unlikely to change as it’s been this way forever. In the mean time you can get more extensive monitoring with my scripts
