Move invoice line item to top of invoice?

Sometimes I need to manually add line items to invoices. By default, they are placed at the bottom after all the labor and ticket entries. I can’t click and drag the item to the start because it’s on page 3 of the invoice.

How can I move these line items to the top of the invoice entries?
