More granular permissions, not require super Admin

There are a number of functions in Syncro that require Super Admin. Several of them do not make sense. I am finding I am needing to grant my users Super Admin rights when I do not really want to.

Some of the functions that should be addressed:

  • Setting up System Checks on Assets (My techs should have access)

  • Sending a recurring invoice now and resetting the next date - (My accounting staff should have access)

I am sure there are several others. It is a security issue to grant my team Super Admin rights for these simple tasks.

For Security reason, I would Extend this to say Syncro should have a way of Separating Syncro Admins from people working in the business and the Syncro Admin accounts should be FREE (and have limited read only access to tickets / Devices etc) . So we can work day to day as “normal users” and protect Sensitive capabilities behind much tighter controls.

Completely Agreed. - It’s best practice for all of the systems we connect to, so why not implement that at the Syncro level.
