We sometimes have customers email us from their personal emails. When this happens, it adds the person emailing us as a new customer. No problem, but when I want to merge that customer into a company so it is always linked, it doesn’t add the personal email as a contact. This is an issue because when that customer emails again, I have to go through the process again. I can manually add the email, but it seems like it would save time to add the email as a contact, when you do the merge.

Option to ‘Merge as’ - 1. Duplicate Customer or 2. Contact in Existing Customer
