Mailbox Alias


This is very important! My mailbox alias isn’t working! I have lost tickets this week because it’s not working. The forwarding from my Google Apps mailbox is still good. I tried to email that Syncro Alias email and nothing happened… Something is not working. I need help quick on this! We have trained our users to use our tickets@ email address.
