Link Chat To Ticket If Started From Within Ticket


I think that if you have a ticket open already, and you start a chat with a device from within the ticket, the link to the chat history should automatically be added to the ticket notes once the chat has ended.

Agreed. Should be a way to attach a chat to an existing ticket, instead of copying the chat link and pasting in the ticket notes.
