Changes made to asset through syncro not appearing or asset reporting no sync since (Date). Any way to force this manually? I have tried changing the policy as Google-Fu suggested but hoping there is a correct way.
It should resync every 6 hours for hardware and software inventory and stuff like that. How long hasn’t it checked in for?
This particular one hadnt done a sync in 2 weeks. Only option I had was to remove and reinstall agent. Sync then completed. Weird when there was no change to system.
That’s strange. Unfortunately, with it working now it’s not really possible to triage further, but glad to hear you got it working.
