Is there a Report that will show which tickets were edited on a specific date?

I’m not finding a report that will do this. This is a very important type of report that will show what a tech worked on for a specific set time or date range.

We do not currently have a report that will gather this specific data. Please feel free to post this in Feature Requests & Suggestions - Syncro Support Community where it can be reviewed. It’ll also allow other users to engage and up-vote.

The Communications Report is a decent proxy for this. It won’t show you changes in Worksheets or drop-down changes, but it shows comments. As long as the tech is tasks with always add comments, that will cover what you want.
