I’m seeing this issue in Syncro when creating an invoice. It’s preventing syncing with QBO. Any idea how to fix it?
Actual QuickBooks Error: A business validation error has occurred while processing your request: Business Validation Error: Fetch of data from Catalog has failed
Support will probably need to look into that. That error is an API response from QB, but it’s not in their list of documented errors. https://help.syncromsp.com/hc/en-us/articles/115002530353-Glossary-of-QuickBooks-API-Errors. Also couldn’t find mention of catalog errors in QB published API codes.
I followed your advice and opened a ticket.
