I am starting to gather more and more ticket worksheets.
They are getting harder and harder to manage. Few improvements might help:
-Folder\Hierarchy
-A place for notes on each item in a ticket worksheet
-The ability to search notes
-When working with a ticket - it would be nice if words in the ticket body could be bounced off of the titles of the ticket worksheets and the ticket recommend potentially related ticket worksheets to add to the ticket (we are getting so many we forget we have them - so a suggested feature would be very handy)
