How get email notification about newly created ticket

Our customers create tickets via the Syncro agent. I would like to get emails about created tickets (not ticket reply or ticket status change). Can it be done? And if yes how?

Does the Notification for “Ticket - created (for anyone)” not work?

We don’t need anyone (for example we don’t need mail for customer) just for technician

Yup you just make that notification only notify those who you want to get them.
