How Do I Either -- Upload a File as a Ticket Attachment or Parse its Contents as a Private Ticket Comment

We have some scripts that generate log files in working directory on an asset.

These same scripts also create a ticket for the work that is performed via script.

How can we accomplish one of the following:

  1. Upload the log file as a ticket attachment
  2. Parse the contents of the log file and dump it as a private comment into the ticket created by the script


You can insert it as a comment using the Synco scripting module…

You can attach a file using the API.
