I’d like to modify the Portal User Permission Groups to NOT show worksheet details to the customer when they have the “Tickets - View All” or “Tickets - View Mine” permission. Is this possible?
UPDATE: Support got back to me on a ticket about this right away. Turns out it’s a setting on each worksheet. Clearing the checkbox and saving the settings works perfectly. Thanks Support!
