Get ticket times from API

We want to get first response times from the API so we can build better metrics for our technicians, is this possible?

Currently I can only get when the ticket is created and when it was first updated. Ideally I’d like to be able to see when the first ticket timer starts.


If you pull in ticket timers + tickets, you should be able to join those two and calculate the difference between created vs ticket timer created.
