Filter Ticket Notes


What about adding the option to hide “Ticket Automation” and “Others” Notes in each ticket as a checkbox.
We have some tickets flooded with automation and other notes.

Or add the option like “Delete”, “Split to New Ticket” to Hide Notes from the view, and make a banner above all notes that some notes are hidden, and add the option to view hidden notes.

The idea is to have the ticket clean and clear for the technicians to see what they need to read.

Maybe have all automatic notes etc be ‘folded’ by default, and you need to click the comment to have it unfolded?
