Feature request for invoice screen

Currently in the invoice creation screen there are pending charges listed with options to add individually, add by dates, etc.

I would like an addition which would help people invoicing this way.

On the add pending charges inside the invoice, allow me to only select resolved tickets and greater than $0. This is all manual right now.

There is a selection for “add by resolution date” but this still adds tickets that are not resolved. This could be tweaked to only add resolved tickets.

Thanks for your feature request it has been passed along to the team. Also the last bit around “add by resolution date” sounds like a bug with the system, tickets should not be added that are not resolved. Do you mind submitting a ticket for this issue?
