Feature Request:- Add visibility of "Contact" Field to Customer Portal Ticket View window

If there is a way to do this, I would like to know.
If not, then can we please have this as a feature request.

Use Case:-
“Manager Level” User, need to see, who is the ‘Contact’ assigned to the Ticket.
This is needed when complex, longer tickets which are open, and also when the tickets are awaiting user responses.
