Emsisoft Reporting Expired on all assets

My Emsisoft portal says my account “wasn’t paid” since 6/28/22 and is expired.
All my clients are getting this message on their computers. What do I do? I’ve paid my syncro invoice!

Raise a ticket, if you havent already. While it has not happened to me yet, this has happened to others

I thought here is where we receive priority support? Theres a warning when submitting a ticket that “emailed tickets will be given lowest priority”.

This isnt a low priority issue if none of my assets are protected.
