I’ve seen several times where assets do not scan as scheduled in policy. I’m looking at a server right now with large gaps in the scanning. This is very concerning for obvious reasons. I raised the concern with Syncro last year and was pretty much brushed off. It’s no better and seems to be getting worse. How can I get it to scan according to the policy schedule?
Hi Jordan! Which policy do you have that set up on? That looks like a pretty large gap in run times if it’s on a daily schedule.
This one is under the !Server Policy - Ignore Firewall
Based on the logs, I do see it missing the schedule, then it waits to retry but keeps missing it. I’m going to get a ticket created for you so we can take a deeper look at it.
