Emsisoft alerts

ok, so we are not getting alerts about Emsisoft detections in the “alerts” tab. I also have automated remediation to create tickets for these detections and it’s not creating tickets. Help.
I was looking around in the policy and I see if Syncro managed it has this statement listed
“For these triggers, they will use the Notification Center “RMM Policy Notification” rule.”

However, that rule does not exist in the notification center.
We do use Emsisoft managed and not Syncro managed so we have more control. ALerts should still happen as I cam go to the AV tab of an asset and see the activity

I do see that you managed to have this issue logged with our Devs - I will reach out to the agent handling the ticket to resurface this.
