Emailed Ticket Replies

It would be very useful if we could see on each emailed reply out of a Syncro ticket - the list of contacts that the ticket reply went to. We have noticed that after merging a ticket, the email contact list can change and we are not able to determine if a particular contact was included in a ticket reply. A simple list as such that is shown when selecting email from the reply type drop-down on each ticket response would be fantastic.
