Email support auto ticket creation

Sorry, if this has already been addressed, but I cant seem to find out how to do this.
Can a customer simply send an email to support@yourcomany.com and that email automatically creates a ticket? If so, can you point me in the direction of how to do this?

Hello Joa,

You need to create inbound Mailbox by going to Admin->Mailboxes. There you will have options to create new ticket. This will give you something@ssyncromail.com email address. In your email solution you need to add a forwarding rule to your support@yourcompany.com mailbox to forward emails to the syncromail email address created earlier.
