ok all, I looked through the KB articles and didn’t find an answer. Is there a way to have the invoice created from a ticket automatically emailed to the customer either when the ticket is completed or when the invoice is made?
You can turn on Resolved notifications. Admin > Tickets > Preferences > Enable Ticket Resolved Emails. Fair warning, you can’t bypass this, so it’s all or nothing. I fought for this feature, but I want to be able to resolve emails without this some times. No notifications for invoice generations.
